Chanel in 1998 - Photos

Sheer black chiffon embroidered with the name Chanel in crazy chaotic fashion alongside immaculate arrangements of draped chiffon and delicate shoestring straps.

Pyjamas with a difference; the tight leg is unexpected, while the jacket is at ince utilitarian and decorative in shape, the train from the shoulder demonstrates the point of Haute Couture.

The low-necked long dress with Etruscan discs at the shoulder strap is exquistely proportioned, sexy and un compromising in its overall concept.

A touch of the bizarre - swirls of astrakhan wrap around the body, over a black full skirt and white off the shoulder top.

Supermodel Kate Moss presented Chanel's collection in 1998.

Karl Lagerfeld in 1998.

As you can see, apart from the acromatic scheme, Chanel in 1998 first attempted to use gold color in the collection because Karl Lagerfeld wanted to present the futuristic feeling which was inspired by Japanese technology.
