These two people both are dress in Complimentary Color Scheme. However, the 2 combinations of chroma and value are different. For the first one, the young man used high chroma and high value of green jacket to match low chroma and low value of red shirt. For the second one, the lady used the similar chroma and value to match her whole look. Which one you think is better? For my own perspective, I think the second one is better.
